For spaces larger than 5000 square feet, please contact us for a quote! With every certified inspection, Capstone Inspection Services will visually inspect all accessible areas of the home, both exterior and interior spaces. We encourage the client to walk through the house with us. This gives the client the opportunity to observe and ask questions. The client will be provided with a inspection in PDF form emailed within 24 hours of the inspection. A copy of the certified inspection, along with helpful maintenance tips will also be mailed to the client.
