We work directly for the homeowner. As we walk through the home, we encourage the homeowner to observe and ask questions. When our inspection is over, we provide the client with a report in PDF form, which is emailed within 24 hours of the inspection. The report contains pictures highlighting problem areas in the home, as well as suggestions on how the client can better maintain the home for years to come. The report can also be delivered to the realtor as well. In addition to the PDF document, the client will also receive a printed report for their records. Our job doesn't end there! Our clients can contact us months after the inspection and we will do all we can to insure that concerns are addressed and the client feels satisfied with their new home.
